Skiplino Branch App is available for iPad and Android tablets. The branch app is mainly used to display the list the services available in your branch (Walk-in app), but it can also be configured to display the desk number and the current ticket at a desk (Desk App). Depending on your business and implementation you might want to consider mounting the tablet on a Kiosk or an enclosure to host the tablet and the printer.
The customers interact with the app by clicking on a service.
The app will issue a ticket for the customer upon selecting a service from the list above. The customer gets also to choose a method of getting the ticket. As seen below the options are SMS, Print and Email. These options can be configured under the branch settings or the queue settings if you have the Advanced mode enabled.
The Branch app allows you to ask the customer for more details that will be later displayed to the agent on the agent dashboard once the ticket is called.

As mentioned above, the Branch app can also double as a Desk app. The Desk app displays the current ticket and the desk number as shown below.
A tablet with the desk app usually is placed in front of the agent facing the waiting area/customers. Once a ticket has been served the desk app will ask the customer to rate the service.
The branch app can be configured to be a Walk-in app or a Desk app from the devices settings in the Portal. For more information about how to setup the devices please refer to the Devices article.
Get the App
To download the app you will need either an Apple ID for your iPad or a Google Account for your Android tablets. The Branch app is only available for iPads through the App Store and Android Tablets through the Play Store.
