Can I customise tickets' calling/announcement?

Customize text to speech for tickets announcement.

You can customize the announcement based on your personal preferences. For example, the announcement can be “Ticket number C001 go to room 5” instead of the default option which is “Ticket number C001 go to desk 5” 

To customize text to Speech please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Services in the portal.

  2. Click on Queues. (Queues can be enabled from Configurations > enable advance mode).

  3. Choose a queue and click on edit.

4. Scroll down the page and go to Customize Text to Speech for Screen/TV and make sure it's enabled.

5. Customize the text to speech and click on the Save button.
