To track a ticket status and check full details,
Go to “Reports”
Access the page and follow the below steps:
1- Choose from the filters “Group of Branches”, “Branches”, “Queues” or “Services” and the date for the tickets journey you want to track.
2- Search the ticket number you require to display its data.
3- Select the ticket.
4- The ticket details will be displayed. You can track all ticket details under the “Ticket details”. You can also track the ticket details under the “Ticket Journey” timeline chart by hovering over the timeline point as clarified in the below image.
