Bulk Users update 

1- From the filters, select “Group of branches” and “branches”, then click “Apply”.

2- Select the users required to be updated from the left sidebar. You can “Select All” users, specific users, or search users.  

3- Update the settings for the selected users. 

4- Scroll to the end of the page and click “Save” to save your preferences. 

Bulk Branches update 

1- From the filters, select the Group of Branches, then click “Apply” 

2- Select the branches required to be updated from the left sidebar. You can “Select All” branches, specific branches, or search a branch. 

3- Update the settings on the selected branches. 

4- Scroll to the end of the page and click “Save” to save your preferences. 

Bulk Services update 

1- From the filters, select the Group of Branches and click “Apply”.  

2- Select the services required to be updated from the left sidebar. You can “Select All” services or specific services. 

3- Update the settings on the selected services. 

4- Scroll to the end of the page and click “Save” to save your preferences. 

Bulk Queue update 

1- From the filters, select the Group of Branches, and click “Apply”.  

2- Select the queues required to be updated from the left sidebar. You can “Select All” queues or specific queues. 

3- Update the settings on the selected queues.  

4- Scroll to the end of the page and click “Save” to save your preferences.
