Sub-Service Tags allows your agents to assign specific labels when completing customer tickets, providing greater clarity and precision. For services that address a variety of customer needs, these tags allow you to categorize and filter interactions efficiently. This simplifies generated reports, making it more insightful and easier to interpret.

To create Sub-Service Tags please follow the steps below:

1. Go to “Services” on the portal.

2. Click the “Sub Service Tags” tab option.

3. Then proceed to click “Add Sub Service Tags

Here you will see two sections “Details” & “Services

Details – this is where you will name your sub service tag

Services – this where you will select which services will be tagged by adding them to the right box titled “Selected Items

4. Scroll down and click “Add” to save your new sub service tag.

Assign tags to newly created services

When you create new services, you can immediately link existing Sub Service Tags to it.

Follow the steps to create a new service after clicking “Add Service

You will find a section labeled “Sub service tags” this is where you can link existing tags that you have created to the current service that is being created.

You can link as many tags as you prefer to any of the services you have by clicking the plus icon next to the sub-service tag.

Once done click “Save” located at the bottom of the creation page.

Using Sub Service Tags in Tickets Page

Once everything is set, and you are ready to serve customers, you can utilize the sub service tags once you have completed service a customer.

Once clicking “Done” or ‘’Next’’ on a customer ticket a prompt will pop up asking you to select the sub service tags you would like to link to this ticket. Those will be reflected on the exported analytics report.
