A. If you are Admin, you can follow the below steps to change the User's branch:
Click on the Users section on the portal.
Choose the User that you want to change his/her branch.
Click on edit and change the branch of the User then click on Save.
B. If you are an agent, you can follow the below steps to change the User's branch:
The option for the Users to change their branches without referring back to the Admin is also available.
To enable this option, the admin should click on the Configuration section and enable the Show Agents Popup to Request a Branch Change option before clicking on the Save button.

Click on the branch icon as shown below, then choose the branch you want to call tickets in.
